Shipping Policy

Roam Tag is proudly based in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All products are shipped within 1 business day of ordering and take approximately 2-6 days to arrive anywhere in the United States. We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost for customers (or dogs) in a hurry!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

January 2024: We have been experiencing excessive demand and are constantly restocking our tags - we will note on product pages if any tag is on backorder or delayed.

Ships within one business day. Free option available. Rushed option available.

International:

We are planning to expand internationally in 2024. Please check shipping rates for your country when checking out.
