Roam Guarantee
We know you (and your pet) will love your Roam Tag as much as we do! In fact, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, contact us, and we will make things right. Return requests can be made within 30 days of ordering, for any reason! Please email support@roamtag.co to request a return and have a pre-paid label sent to you. Please refer to our refund policy for all details.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
N/A - all Roam Tag products are returnable.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at support@roamtag.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1600 Arch Street, 1414, Philadelphia PA, 19103.
Upon confirmation of your return request, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The 30-day window begins the day your order is placed. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@roamtag.co.
Once your return is received, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The 30-day window begins upon order date. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within twenty business days. We reserve the right to reject the return if the tags are damaged or inoperable, or if pieces are missing, and during our early access sale for our trackers, your order can be subject to a restocking/reprocessing fee up to fifty percent of the cost of the original order. Return shipping costs may be applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than twenty business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@roamtag.co.
Cancellations
If you've made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. The fastest way to reach us is by text or calling us at (856)-866-2146. Upon placing an order, your email is linked to your tags, and cannot be reverted, but with enough notice, we can cancel your order!.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
